I have been taking YJ since November, 2007, and have never felt better. I have tried the two leading competitors for extended periods of time as well but did not get the energy results from them that I get with YJ. I have pain in my lower back that would present itself most strongly in the morning, making it hard for me to get out of bed. It would loosen some after a half hour. I've been taking Youth Juice since Oct. 2007 and it has made a huge difference with my life. What a fantastic product. I had suffered from migraines for 24 years with one occurring every 3 - 5 weeks. With the exception of one down day, which was not nearly as intense as previous episodes (more of an annoying day than a full fledged migraine), this has been the longest stretch in over 10 years. And I'm still going - just like the Eveready Bunny! I've also been sleeping like a rock - straight through the night. When I wake up, I am ready to go.
